We are hiring IT Technical Support Engineers

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree
1-2 years Previous experience as an IT support is A plus.
Excellent command of English
Maximum age 35

Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Providing support to agent with any help needed using software applications
- Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Likes to keep up to date with the latest technology
- Capable of working under pressure
- Presentable.
