Organization Job: location Multinational factory in 6 October
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor of Computer Science & IT or equivalent
4-5 Years of experience
Fluent in English speak and listen (is Must)
MCSE or MCITP (is Must) CCNA (is Must)
ITIL v3 is preferable
Can join within 2 weeks maximum from acceptance
(Hard worker under pressure, committed, self-confident)
Working and Dealing with
(ticketing system)
have knowledge of support tickets and Levels of support can manage enterprise Network (350 USER) Responsibility
Handle user request and issues for software and hardware
Wireless and Wired network troubleshooting
Documentation for projects and advanced resolution methods
Keep updated inventory for assets
Support for all standard applications
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Research questions using available information resources
Advise user on appropriate action
Follow standard help desk procedures
Log all help desk interactions
Administer help desk software
Redirect problems to appropriate resource
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems, requests, and document resolutions
