Job Summary :
- As a Data Analyst at Flairstech, you will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing revenue, metrics, and statistics related to clients or unit.
- Your role will involve making recommendations based on the data analysis to improve the unit or company’s performance.
Responsibilities :
- Collect, consolidate, and clean data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather relevant data.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Create meaningful visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to extract actionable insights.
- Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations and insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to create interactive and informative dashboards.
- Design and develop data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency and accuracy.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Data modeling skills in Power BI.
- Ability to quickly learn the organization’s data employee management software.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and database management concepts.
