Responsibilities :
- Join Datacamp in creating the premier platform for learning and teaching Data Science.
- Play a vital role in shaping the technical direction of our learn product.
- Utilize cutting-edge front-end and back-end technologies to tackle complex challenges.
- Enhance existing learning features and develop new ones from scratch.
- Take responsibility for various components within our microservices architecture.
- Collaborate closely with team members to build scalable solutions.
- Inspire and foster the growth of fellow engineers through support, coaching, and mentoring.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of web development experience, with a focus on building exceptional products using ReactJS, GraphQL, and NodeJS for both frontend and backend applications.
- Practical knowledge of strongly typed languages, particularly TypeScript.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, performant, and testable code.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product or feature in previous roles.
- Passion for product development and the ability to empathize with our customers and understand the challenges they face.
- Enjoyment of solving complex technical problems.
